    Pat Turner Ritchie will present Aunt Eve's Remembrances of the Civil War on Saturday, August 15, at 3 pm at the New Market Area Library. Born in 1843, Aunt Eve Fulk Turner was 18 when the Civil War began. Two of her brothers were killed in service, one a Confederate and one a Union soldier. She saw deserters, draft dodgers, and stragglers.
